Nestled in the amazing mountain village of St Lary, Logis Auberge de l'Isard is a good escape that felt like a warm hug from mother nature herself. Arriving here, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, setting the stage for the charming hospitality that defined our stay. The accommodations are bright and feature independent access, ensuring a sense of both privacy and comfort—a perfect setup for my family, given our penchant for quality time together. What stood out, though, was the culinary experience; The chef serves up a range of regional dishes that brilliantly showcase the local produce, making every meal a joyful gathering, ideal for our culinary-loving hearts. After days of hiking the picturesque trails and enjoying the crisp mountain air, unwinding on our room's veranda with a stunning river view was the cherry on top! With friendly staff fluent in multiple languages, they made us feel right at home, providing insights into local craftsmen and surrounding excursions that tickled our sense of adventure.
